FAT TO FIT


Once considered as a symbol of good health , heavyweight is now-a-days an invitation to different diseases. As everyone is aware of the consequences of being overweight, no one wants to be in that category. However, only few of us understand how to keep it on bay. Let us try to understand and get to the bottom of the problem.







Find out the BMI
BMI is Body mass Index,  gives an idea of how overweight, underweight or average you are. A person's weight in kilograms is divided by the square of his or her height in meters. A result of over 24 is a serious concern. Usually, It is a good way to find out the right health for the individuals above 18 , however there are some exceptions . There are various diseases which are directly linked with obesity  like heart disease and diabetes ,with every kilogram loss an obese person gains an advantage on these diseases.


Exercise to reduce the weight
It is the most important aspect of loosing weight. Exercise can be done in various forms. Walking is the most easily and cheapest form . One can do it anywhere and anytime. It suits everyone. One can go to the gym , if it is affordable and suits the time. In a gym , you will have access to most of the machine and an instructor to train. One can also do it at home. There is no need to buy fancy stuff , just go for the minimal equipment at home and start doing it. Also, increase the daily activity.It is easy to start an exercise regime but to be regular is the key.



How to control the diet.
No matter what you do but if not able to control the diet nothing will work. You can watch your daily intake by maintaining a diary. Cut the unnecessary fat , however do not skip the necessary fat MUFA/PUFA.Increase fiber in the form of salad, veggies, fresh fruits . Do not forget to include yogurt and nuts in your daily diet plan. Try to binge on healthy snacking between the meals and that way it will lower down the total calorie intake. But do not go less than 1300 in a day otherwise the  body will go into the starvation mode which could be worse for your goal.



So get going and burn the fat before it starts burning you.
