The Spirituality and Teachings of Buddha .

The Buddha said,
"The kind of seed sown
 will produce that kind of fruit.
 Those who do good will reap good results.
 Those who do evil will reap evil results.
 If you carefully plant a good seed,
 You will joyfully gather good fruit."

Very well said, the above lines were recited by Shakyamuni Buddha, known as The Buddha. These lines definitely awaken the  spirituality in your soul but not for a longer period. So was true with me, I was leading a normal life with my joys and sorrows, going to the temple religiously until one day when one of my friend asked me to accompany her to a Buddha meeting. This is a group of people who just follow and spread Buddha's teachings.

What I knew about Buddha was, he born as a Prince and after getting married, he left his family to find an end to all the worldly sufferings. However, when I attended that meeting , I realized that Buddha was much more than just a wondering monk. It is a complete school of thoughts, which if follow properly, can lead you to a satisfied and spiritual life.

Is stress the Devil behind your weight-gain.

In the last few weeks, I'm noticing that I'm gaining a lot of weight and started looking fatty.  Though, there are no major changes in my lifestyle but Not to mention that professional and personal stress are at peak. Father is going through a serious disease and the boss is doing major unfavorable changes in the office.  These are my reasons for stress but in today's lifestyle it is an inseparable part of our day-to-day life. There are so many factors which can add up to the stress level, it could be unpaid bills, a teenager's immature decision, not getting married or not having a baby. The reasons are thousands but the outcome is stress and more stress. When I checked about the stress and weight gain on the net, I found a direct relation between the two and when I dug more, the information I gathered was shocking. Not many of us are aware that stress is the main reason for gaining weight every now and then in spite of keeping a check on the diet and doing regular exercises. Let us see how it happens.

1.)Bread-milk face pack

Make a paste of bread and milk by soaking it for 15 minutes.Put it on your face as a thin layer, let it dry for half-an hour and wash the face with lukewarm water. It will improve the fairness and smoothness of the face.
